REFERENCE // CHANGELOG
Changelog
What changed in the guides, when. This log tracks the content — new directives, rewritten references, expanded glossaries — not the code behind it. The tools change; the patterns are the moat.

The Overlord says
A changelog is a Disaster Log for the content. The format is different; the discipline is the same: record what changed, name why, and let the next reader — or the next you — find the pattern. This changelog tracks the guides, not the build. The patterns underneath will not change. That is the point.
